These terms apply when you hire Ben Humphries ("I", "me") of Toronto, Ontario, Canada to help with a Google Merchant Center suspension on your Shopify store ("the service"). By paying for the service you agree to them.
I review your store and Merchant Center account against Google's misrepresentation policies, recommend and make changes with your permission, and give you a list of every change. You then request a review from Google.
Google alone decides whether to reinstate an account. I do not guarantee reinstatement, a time frame, or any particular result, and I am not affiliated with Google or Shopify.
If I accept your case and then can't complete the work, I refund the $49. If you pay but did not agree to the $150 success fee at checkout, I refund the $49 and don't start work. Once the fixes are delivered, the $49 is not refundable, because it covers work already done.
You give me access by adding me as a staff member in Shopify and as a user in Merchant Center. I never ask for your passwords. I only make changes needed for the service, and you can remove my access at any time. Please remove it when the work is finished.
You confirm that you own or are authorised to manage the store and Merchant Center account, that the information you give me is true, and that you sell products you actually have. You are responsible for your store's content, products and compliance with the law and Google's policies after the work is done.
To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid me for it. I am not liable for lost sales, lost profits or any indirect loss, including losses from the suspension itself.
I keep your store data and account details confidential and use them only to provide the service. See the privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
