Privacy policy

This policy explains what information I, Ben Humphries of Toronto, Canada, collect when you contact me or use my Merchant Center suspension fix service, and what I do with it.

What I collect

• Intake form: your name, email, store URL, the suspension message (or screenshot), what you sell, how many review requests you've sent, and whether you run Google Ads.
• Emails and messages you send me.
• Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. I can see your name, email, the amount and the last 4 digits of your card, but never your full card number.
• Store and Merchant Center data I can see while I have staff or user access, such as settings, policies and product information.

How I use it

Only to assess your case, do the work, take payment, communicate with you and keep a basic record of the job. I do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

• Tally (the intake form provider) stores your form answers.
• Stripe processes payments and stores your card.
• Email providers carry our messages.
• I may use AI tools to help review your store's public pages and draft fixes.

These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States.

How long I keep it

I keep job records for as long as I need them for the service and for tax and accounting purposes, then delete them. You can ask me to delete your information sooner, unless I need to keep it by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing support@giftpin.app. I follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

This website

This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address.

Changes

If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
