No, and anyone who promises that is guessing. Google makes the decision. What I can do is find and fix everything on your store that commonly triggers a Misrepresentation suspension, so your one review request has the best chance. If it isn't reinstated, you don't pay the $150.
No, never. You add me as a staff member in Shopify (Settings → Users) and as a user in Merchant Center. You can remove my access at any time with one click.
Only after I've looked at your store and told you I think it's fixable. Then I send a Stripe payment link for $49. The remaining $150 is charged to the same card only if Google reinstates your account.
I review your intake form within 24 hours. The fixes usually take a few days, depending on how much needs changing. After you request review, Google says reviews typically take about 7 business days.
You don't pay the $150. If the rejection points to something specific I can still fix, I'll tell you. Repeated review requests can lead to longer waiting periods, so we only request review when everything is fixed.
Banned or restricted products (counterfeits, weapons, some supplements and CBD), accounts with 3 or more rejected review requests, "egregious" suspensions, and accounts linked to a previously suspended account. I'll tell you up front instead of taking your money.
Usually policies (refunds, returns, shipping), contact details, business information, product pages, and claims or widgets that look misleading, plus your Merchant Center settings. I send you a list of every change I made.
