Ben Humphries

Hi, I'm Ben Humphries.

I help Shopify store owners get their Google Merchant Center accounts back after a Misrepresentation suspension.

Background

B.Sc. in ChemistryTrained to work methodically: check every variable, change one thing at a time, and write down what worked.
Software developerI've built a number of programs, a Shopify store and a Shopify app, so I'm comfortable inside Shopify themes, settings and product data.
Shopify app builderI build Giftpin, an app on the Shopify App Store, so I work with Shopify every day.
A second pair of eyesOn technical cases I work with a software engineer who holds a Master's in Software Engineering.

Why I do this

A Misrepresentation suspension switches off a store's Shopping ads and free listings overnight, and Google rarely says exactly what's wrong. Most owners guess, fix one thing, request review, and lose another week each time.

I take the same approach I learned in the lab: go through the whole store against Google's rules, fix everything that could trigger the flag, document each change, and request review once.

I'm honest about the limits. I can't promise reinstatement, because that's Google's decision, and if I don't think your case is fixable I'll tell you before you pay anything.

Want me to look at your store?

Send me your store URL and the suspension text. I'll reply within 24 hours.
