What I fix

A Misrepresentation suspension shuts off your Shopping ads and free listings. Google rarely says exactly why, so I check your whole store and fix everything before you request review, once.

How it works

No passwords, no guesswork, one review request.

  1. Fill in the short form with your store URL and the suspension text (a screenshot is fine).
  2. Within 24 hours I tell you whether I think it's fixable. If not, you pay nothing.
  3. If I take it, I send you a payment link.
  4. You add me as staff in Shopify and as a user in Merchant Center. I never ask for passwords.
  5. I make the fixes and send you a list of everything I changed.
  6. You click "Request review". Google typically takes about 7 business days.

At checkout you pay $49, your card is saved, and you agree that the additional $150 will only be charged to that card if Google reinstates your account.

I can't promise reinstatement. That's Google's decision.

Cases I can't take

Banned or restricted products (counterfeits, weapons, some supplements and CBD), accounts with 3 or more rejected review requests, "egregious" suspensions, or accounts linked to a previously suspended one. I'll tell you up front.
